Please Note – iPhone ‘Dark Mode’

When someone is in “DARK MODE” setting the app will only show white boxes, no info will show on the stores. In order to changes this, go into your iPhone settings and switch out of Dark Mode.

    Trouble Shooting

    If you are having issues please try the following

  • Make sure you always have notification turned on in the App within your phone settings. If you have the notifications turned off you will not receive coupons. To locate this, head to your settings, locate the Froogle App and select “Allow notifications”.
  • Disable Wifi Service
  • Enable Celular Data Network(please note that data rates will apply)
  • Close and Reopen the app
  • If you continue to have issues

  • Closeout of and relaunch the Froogle® App
