Roman Market Inc. is locally owned and operated by the Pilrain family from Stillwater MN.  Founded in early 2006, our business began as a small meat market and deli in Willernie MN called Roman Market. Two years later in March of 2008 we expanded that location and became ROMA Restaurant . In March of 2011 we opened our 2nd restaurant, Patriots Tavern, in Liberty Village here in Stillwater focusing on early American favorites with a modern twist. We pride ouselves on fresh ingredients, hand trimmed meats, scratch made soups and sauces, and attention to detail.
